I stay at Lake Las Vegas often to visit my grandson and this is the first time in a studio. It was large and decorated beautiful. It was stocked with everything you need for a couple. The patio is over the pub in the village so I sat out at night and listened to music. I will use this studio again in the future. David my host was awesome. He made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you David for awesome customer service.

I was there for activities on the lake and found the location to be more accessible to the lake than the Hilton. Primarily because the complex is smaller and the unit is very close to the front entrance.
I would recommend to the owner to place a small kitchen next to the counter so there may more counter space. Otherwise everything was perfect!

My friend and I loved this place! It was very clean and comfy. We loved the balcony for sitting out in the evenings. This rental has everything you need- we were pleasantly surprised to have a burner for cooking. Pool is nice and so is the gym.

Our vacation rental was wonderful! The complex was spotless, the facilities were top notch! The pool area and hot tub were magnificent! Our rental unit was beautiful and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The village of Lake Las Vegas was peaceful and safe. The AC in our unit wasn't working when we first arrived, but with one quick phone call to our Windermere representative there was a repair man over the very next morning to replace our thermostat! Our only criticism, is that we didn't know our unit was located over a bar however, we must say that even though we didn't sit out on the balcony at night because of the noise levels and second hand smoke, we were fortunate that there weren't many people in the village during our stay making it rather quiet. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Viera 215. The room was clean and wonderfully equipped for 2 people! The bath tub was spectacular! The resort was as cute as could be with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery market for the little things we wanted in our room. It was quiet and only 20 minutes from the strip for fun Vegas activities. All was perfect and we will be back again!

We loved it here. The village is great and the apt was so nice. Only needs a working Kurig coffee. Would highly recommend it!

Lovely condo in a relaxing location next to everything we needed. Although managed by a company, it had a bunch of little touches to make it feel more homey and less like a hotel room, which is what we were looking for.
