The property was easy to find; just a 30-minute drive from the airport. We were met by the property host with whom we were in text/email contact en route - we were able to check in early! The suite was in great shape and as advertised. The property has several restaurants and a nicely stocked corner store. the only small issue we had was the mattress topper, which was made of foam rubber and made for hot sleeping. The smoke detector chirped intermittently and on our last night in the middle of the night - maybe a failing battery? Overall. though, we were very satisfied.

The stay at Lake Las Vegas Windermere property was amazing. My parents love the beautiful condo and the area. Lake Las Vegas is peaceful and very scenic. David their host was amazing, one day he walked them to the grocery store and waited to escort them back. The service was excellent from the booming through the entire stay. We will book again in the future when friends and family visit us in Las Vegas.

330 was perfect for my family of 3. The pull out couch actually has an air mattress attached so it's MUCH more comfortable than a standard pull out couch. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of tools and dishes. Sugar/salt/pepper were the only things in the pantry but I really appreciated having tinfoil and plastic wrap in a drawer.

The patio is well shaded by a tree in front so I was able to enjoy breakfast on the patio every day. Rhe tree blocks the view of the to the pool so all you see is a loverly plant filled courtyard and the lake beyond.

The bed has a memory foam topper that you sink into, it made sleeping a little too warm to be comfortable for me but others may really enjoy the experience.

The village itself is charming and surprisingly reasonably priced.

I would GLADLY stay in 330 again.

Awesome place quite a little far out but worth the drive

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the village. Also about a 20 minute drive to Lake Mead.

I'm from the East Coast. Is what nice to get out of the cold weather. Actually the sushi restaurant in the Westin was our favorite restaurant. Be sure to rent a car. You will need it if you want to go shopping. There is a great place about 20 minutes away with a Whole Foods and a Cheesecake Factory restaurant.

Strongly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay,

We rented a one bedroom condo which was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Our booking process had a hiccup (on my side, not the property's) and Sid was great to work with while I fixed it. The condo was relatively stocked with necessary items, including a Keurig, but there were some small items that could be supplied to make things easier (an oven mitt, more than one dish towel, hand soap in a dispenser, etc). The bistro set on the balcony offered a nice spot to have breakfast in the morning. We would have loved to have had a lounger to relax on on the deck.

We did arrive late at night so we were at a disadvantage on any assistance. Better directions in relation to where to park are needed (eg. Which parkades or spots to use). Bring quarters for laundry.

It's an easy property to access from the highway and its close enough to Henderson that you don't feel that you're isolated. It's truly a shame that the little store and restaurant area is pretty much empty. The one little store that is there is well stocked and there are a couple restaurants (which we didn't eat at simply because of our schedule). The advantage of it being quiet though is that we enjoyed the pools not being crowded, the buildings were quiet and in general, it just made for the more relaxing pace that we had wanted. Sitting on the patio or by the pool to read a book was peaceful.

There was a binder in the condo with some information on places to go and some contact numbers but it would be good to have a number displayed prominently in the suite incase of an emergency. We did have a water issue under the kitchen sink in the evening but didn't know who to contact so we had to wait until the next day (when the front desk let us know who to contact). The property manager had a plumber out to fix the issue almost immediately and we really appreciated that service!
