Beautiful older condo, with lovely balcony overlooking the lake. The condo was spotless. Our one complaint is there was no vacuum cleaner available. We always treat our rental units as if they are our own home and keep them clean throughout the month. Not being able to sweep the floor was a handicap.

Was able to relax and enjoy the awesome view of the lake and overlooking the pools. Great little shop and restaurants with good food on the property so no need to run out if didn’t want to. Wish the casino was open, but enjoyed our stay here anyway!

The unit was nicely decorated however the paint throughout was horrible, the whole unit needs to be repainted. View from the porch is gorgeous. The beds only had two pillows each, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Quite a distance from civilization, most of the stores in the casino in the complex or closed/out of business. Overall not worth the money.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the terrific view. The location of the condo was fairly close to the strip and recreational activities. We ate at a Mexican restaurant near the grocery store that was really good. The condo was very nice overall but needed some painting and carpet cleaning. We were disappointed that the sofa in our unit was not a sofa sleeper as we had 5 in our group. There were only 4 pillows in the unit so the 5th person had to use a sofa pillow. The guest shower needs a shelf or a hanging basket in which to place your soap and shampoo. The coffee maker is a Keurig so if bringing coffee be sure to bring K cups.

A very bright and comfortable condo which was perfect for my family!We sat out on deck and enjoyed the amazing views of lake and pools! Lots to do and pools were nice and used often! Raymond was an excellent host and we had everything we needed. Seasons Market was close to get drinks, snacks and other food items! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!! Hanssen Family

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was nice—25 minutes from the strip and near outdoor rec areas. However, there are definitely things that could be improved. While it’s listed as a condo, this location very much has an older hotel feel and the unit could use some updating (paint, decor, furniture etc). We were also surprised to see that there was very little supplies provided and NO groceries were left behind. Every VRBO I’ve ever stayed at has always had some food leftover from folks that have stayed before. Or even laundry detergent/dryer sheets, foil, plastic bags, ziolocs. But just know that the fridge, freezer, cupboards are totally empty. It’s not a super “comfy” place to hang least for a family (there were 4 of us). Furniture was pretty formal. One other suggestion...more pillows! There are only 4 bed pillows for 2 beds. For being spring break, the resort area was very quiet...we didn’t see people until the weekend, which seemed odd for such a big place. Restaurants were nice, grocery store (while spendy) was handy to have close by.

Loved everything about our stay! We were headed to Lake Mead for a boating weekend and Sid was so accommodating and really quick to respond to our request to book. The condo was super clean and very comfortable! It had everything you might need for a stay. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Had a little trouble finding Lake Las Vegas because we had never been there before and we flew in late. Robyn got on the phone with us and guided us right to the condo. Grateful for that. Once we were settled we relaxed and the condo had everything we needed except a supply of K cups. Had to go to the store and buy those. There was enough for the first morning.

So surprised to find this place. Didn't know there was this wonderful lake community just outside of Las Vegas. So lucky to get the condo we did. We were able to seethe lake and pool. Loved the little grocery store with the fresh orange juice.

The apartment is perfect in every way. Very well equipped and furnished. Could not ask for more.

I love staying out from the hustle of Vegas but still get to experience anything I want. The apartment was lovely and exactly as portrayed. Will return to this condo if available. A minute walk to the pool and hot tub. Excellent condo!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Las Vegas. The condo was clean, welcoming and a short walk to the village (restaurants, grocery, ...). The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Really love this place! This condo has the best view! Overlooks the lake and pool. We had such a relaxing time. Favorite things are the little store they have down by the lake and the paddle boards on the lake. The Hilton Hotel has a really nice restaurant. Yes, we will be back!

There were a lot of people smoking on their balcony (not only 1 balcony). Being non-smokers, we were forced to go inside and close the balcony door.

We enjoyed the condo , very quiet. The pool was really nice. Nice patio if it weren't summer time. Very well appointed, we like having breakfast at home so we brought groceries. The kitchen was nice. Overall very nice a bit of a drive to the strip but we enjoy being in a quiet area.
