Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season’s grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.
In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.
For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.
For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

is exactly what this suite helped us do. Unit was clean with a full kitchen and two spacious bathrooms. Loved, loved, loved the pool area, it was never overcrowded. It almost felt like we were the only ones on the property. Highly recommend this rental to all who wish for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

This condo is everything you could want from a rental. It was clean, convenient and comfortable the view is amazing. The whole process was very smooth and Sid and Raymond provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be renting from them again.

The Viera Condos are in the heart of Lake Las Vegas surrounded by quaint shops, great restaurants, water sports, waterside entertainment and nearby golf courses. Unit 510 overlooks 2 swimming pools and courtyard with a beautiful view of the lake and the signature 8th hole on Refection Bay Golf Course just across the lake. The condo is comfortable. The interior has been well lived in. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Raymond Prz, our host did an exceptional from initial check in through the 30 days we were there. He made sure we were familiar with the complex and the unit then proceeded to answer questions and provide support during our visit.

Great view from the 5th floor. Morning sun greets you for breakfast on the deck. Having no neighbors on either side makes it very quiet. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Pool heated to a comfortable 86. Short walking distance to the Village for dinners. Luna Rosa (Italian) is 5 star. The Brunch and Spa at the Hilton are wonderful. Lots to do locally with top notch golf courses and tours to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. The Las Vegas Strip was only 30 minutes. We had a perfect vacation!

Parking wasn’t always available in garage, which made it difficult with small kids. A few nights into our stay, we were told the HVAC system was going to be turned off through the late night into early morning. Which again, being pregnant and having to little ones it wasn’t the conditions we were expecting when we booked the place. But Raymond with Windermere was so understanding and accommodating that he found us another condo across the way, compensated 1 night and we got free ice cream one night for the kids. We would definitely go back but to a different unit that was updated and didn’t make you feel like you were in an old hotel. Thank

This was not our first time staying in a Viera condo, but it was the first in this unit. The unit itself is somewhat warn and could use a bit of updating. That was easy to overlook though because we love Lake Las Vegas. Having a unit that had nobody above or next to us was wonderful.
It was a great alternative to the chaos and cigarette smoke that overwhelms the strip. This community is calm and serene, a truly relaxing family friendly environment. Raymond and David were great to work with.
