Very nice accomodations. Two issues...bell tower across the plaza rang on the hour and on the half hour was annoying. Bar/restaurant below balcony made for some noisy evenings.

Spent eight days at this condo. Love the surrounding area. Would recommend this unit.

We stayed for a week while visiting our son. The rental unit was spotless, comfortable and very pleasant. We enjoyed the location in Lake Las Vegas - quiet, scenic and easy to get to. The property manager was very friendly & welcoming and responsive to our needs.

Relaxing, pleasant experience. Basic, clean accommodations. Good location for day trips to many sites in Nevada. Still close enough to pop downtown strip for a dinner or show. HOWEVER was disappointed that over half of the bars and restaurants in this area were closed/out of business. There were still great places within walking distance, but many, many empty buildings.

Excellent. Raymond was very helpful. Unit was clean, organized and beautiful. Definetely would recommend and hope to stay there again. Only downside was all but two washers were working and they were full every time I tried to use them. "Village was also wonderful and food very very good." A plus would be for a few of the empty store fronts be filled with variety of restaurants, stores etc. Otherwise A ++

We very much enjoyed our stay and location in Lake Las Vegas. The pool area was beautiful and the proximity to the village was great! Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and live music. Will definitely return to Viera!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Las Vegas. The property is a a nice quiet location outside of the city, but close enough to enjoy the city and surrounding sites. We felt like we were residents of the community!

Came to Henderson lake Las Vegas beautiful place to stay condo was great the people are very nice condo is clean had everything you needed great view off the balcony my own regret is I got sick nice second weekend of the trip and I had to go back to Minnesota where I am now in the hospital for 30 days I hope to come back again next year if I’m feeling better but I would recommend this condo to anybody

We travelled to Lake Las Vegas from Sparwood BC . We had spent 5 nights on the strip for a wedding . The condo was a welcome break from the busy strip . We enjoyed the peace and quiet . The resort was clean and well maintained . Our unit was very comfortable . It’s location was good aside from some noise ion the evening dmfrom the Sports bar below . I enjoyed that bit of noise as it meant to being a part of a neighbourhood but others might not like it as much Donna L from Sparwood

My husband and I came to this resort to see family and golf. We didn't plan to spend much time in the unit since we would be mostly outside doing things. WOW ! I wish I had planned to stay longer. The unit, the amenities, the service was incredible. And, as it turned out, the day we planned to spend with our granddaughter, was cold. no problem ! We used the pool and hot tub, walked to a great restaurant for brunch and watched a movie in the beautiful and well-stocked unit. We will definitely go back !

wer lnger in LV bleibt, kann ev. eine kleine Wohnung nehmen. Separates Schlafzimmer und Kchenzeile. Dazu eine wie ein Hotel gefhrte Anlage mit Pool. Hier ist es fast kleinstdtisch, Fast tglich nur wenig Leute unterwegs, wie an einem Sonntag Abend . Nur wenige Schritte und man ist durch das rtchen durch. Supermarkt gut sortiert. Die Bars und Restaurants zwar gut aber nicht billig! Parkhaus kostenlos!

We've just returned from a three-night stay at this property. The whole complex was spotless. The Condo itself was just perfect it had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday.

Loved that it was so well equipped with all the kitchen cookware, dishes and utensils needed to make gourmet meals. The view form the patio was beautiful.

Sid was SO helpful the entire time, answering my messages lightining fast and providing great instructions on how to obtain my cards. Also the place is amazingly taken care of.

This condo is nice. I would recommend it.

Great place, great stay and great location. The Village is just below Viera complex. Everything was terrific. Great host as well.

The property was perfectly set up for the maximum of comfort. Very clean and located just far enough off the strip to enjoy a quiet setting. Great Resturants and grocery store.

Condo was fully stocked with all kinds of amenities.

My wife and I stayed here for a week, it worked out to be a great location for us. We were close to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire for hiking. We were a 25 minute drive to go into Vegas for shows and other attractions. Its a great area to relax at night without all the commotion of downtown Vegas but still close enough to go into Vegas for entertainment. We had such a great time, one set of our friends is looking into doing the same thing that we did and renting this property as well when they go.

We rented this property for our daughters wedding. We really enjoyed staying at lake Las Vegas.

We had a great time and coming back to this condo at the end of the day was really nice. I love the location. It's easy to get where you want to go and close to national forests for hiking. The area is pretty and you are out of the traffic of the strip. I'll be back!
